the personal training fitness franchise offering at-home workouts for its clients, has announced the opening of its first six U.K. locations as it builds up an international presence. Currently, the boutique workout brand has 250 units worldwide, with the majority situated in the States. The six U.K. locations are positioned around the country, serving clients in Brighton, Kingston upon Thames, Elstree and Borehamwood, Barnet, St Albans, and Watford. The first of these to come on board was Brighton, overseen by owner Laura Plaster. Prior to joining GYMGUYZ, Plaster was a special constable for the Metropolitan Police.
