Zdenek Kastanek

Zdenek leads international sales for ecoSPIRITS, responsible for building our network of local partners under the ecoSPIRITS Licensed Operator Program. In this role, he manages business development for the world’s first global network of closed loop service in the spirits industry. This includes primary responsibility for new markets in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to joining ecoSPIRITS, Zdenek was one of the founding team members of Proof & Company, Asia Pacific’s leading independent spirits distributor. During his tenure as General Manager, Singapore and then General Manager, Hong Kong & Macau from 2014 to 2019, Proof & Company emerged as an award-winning brand building and distribution platform.
One of the best-known names in the spirits and cocktail industry, Zdenek has thrice been named to Drinks International’s list of the 100 most influential figures in the industry. He was also a fourtime finalist for International Bartender of the Year at Tales of the Cocktail.
