Toshin Shetty

As a young boy Toshin always wanted to get into a Chef’s coat and the firat time whan this happened was when he was at the age of 10. A graduate from Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad and an Alumni from le Cordon Bleu had is also an enthusiast for Automobiles. He recently restored one of his old cars. He usually gets very little tme from his usual schedule but then the Toshin – Chocolatier Patissier was in a pipeline for a while before he could start it. His theory to taste a good chocolate is to let it melt in the mouth. The ingredients he uses for his products are mainly from Europe.
