In 1992 Paul entered the field of wellness because most of his life he suffered from a social anxiety and multiple phobias. This stopped him from living a confident and peaceful life. For 35 years he travelled the world looking for peace. Eventually he found the solutions he was looking for and trained with prominent therapists, doctors and neuroscientists.
Today, Paul is creator of ‘QEPR’ (Quantum Emotional & Physical Release) treatment and ‘Emer-gizes’ exercise experience.
Since 2002 he’s been working out of spa resorts and in 2010 he was awarded ‘AsiaSpa Holistic Treatment of the Year’. In 2020 he was a ‘Global Wellness Day’ Featured Speaker. Paul has been featured in ‘Asia’s Best Spas & Spa Treatments’ book by Judy Chapman. Also Fox, Sky, Australia’s ‘Celebrity Overhaul’, Vogue, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar and HELLO!
He is a contributing co-author of 2 books, ‘The Soul of Success’ with Jack Canfield and ‘The Winning Way’ with Brian Tracy.
