Luca Bernardini studied Philosophy and History at the University of Padua. He works as a historian of Italian Gastronomy for the Italian Institute of Culture. He is the Indian coordinator for the worldwide restaurant guide Slow Food Planet and he is lecturer for “Il Dolce Vino”, a project by the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce that promotes the knowledge of Italian Wine in India.
