Katrien van der Schueren

Katrien Van der Schueren is the creative lead and owner of Voila! Studio located in Los Angeles, CA. She has called Belgium, France, and the United States home over her 20-year career as a hands-on multi-disciplinary artist and creative visionary of sculptural objects and furniture as sculpture. Her unique perspective of design & manufacturing has allowed her to envision, create, and fabricate bespoke fine art, objects, furnishings, lighting, event, stage sets, and accessories for commercial and residential projects worldwide.

Katrien’s work embraces the natural beauty of artisanal plaster, concrete, textiles, metal, and wood through sophisticated applications and masterful finishing.

Katrien’s global clientele has taken her worldwide for projects, including the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, Carolina Herrera, The Wing Private Social Club, ALO yoga, YouTube, Instagram, and the Hotel Jerome in Aspen.

Her vibrant personality and creative ambition continue to forge the artistic development of her work and her clients’ commissions. Katrine currently lives in Los Angeles with her family, where she runs creative direction and operations from her Hollywood studio
