Janet Goldblatt

For the last 15 years I have been involved in facilitating and catalyzing personal growth and change in others. My passion is to understand people and their personal greatness with the intention to help them bring their greatness to the world.

At the age of 12, I lost my father in a tragic incident. He was murdered in the Soweto riots, June 16, 1976, a turning point in the history of South Africa. He dedicated his life to social work in the townships and unfortunately found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. I felt lost and hopeless and had to draw on strengths I never knew I had in order to survive. I had to summon something deep within me to find light in a world of darkness. This is what shaped my purpose, and I know that it was through these difficult circumstances that something came alive within me that perhaps otherwise I would have never come to know. A sense of inner power and strength. A sense of meaning  fulfillment and purpose.

Through my own experience of finding strength and purpose through times of adversity, I have learned how to work with others in helping them to do the same. I have worked with leaders, their forums, teams and businesses to find new meaning and purpose and to guide them through a process to optimize their teams dynamics and ultimately their business’s efficiency.

Today this is the focus of my life. I help others find meaning, purpose and understand what makes them who they are, to help them to find their essence, mastery and ultimately their genius . I do this for individuals and for teams.
