Holly Graham is the Managing Editor (International) of DRiNK Magazine, Asia’s leading bar industry platform covering 15 countries. In 2020, Hong Kong-based Holly was ranked #26 on the Bar World 100 list of the industry’s most influential figures. She is also the Academy Chair for The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars; sits on the education committee for Tales of the Cocktail; a judge for the Singapore World Spirits Competition and ambassador for the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Holly is also the founder of the Asia Women In Booze community for women in the alcohol industry, and successfully organised Speed Rack Asia 2019 – the all-female speed bartending competition that raises money for breast cancer charities. Holly also cut her teeth bartending at The Old Man Hong Kong,which was ranked #1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2019 and can often be found jumping behind the stick at some of Asia’s best bars.
