Currently, the Managing Editor (International) of DRiNK Magazine (www.drinkmagazine.asia), the region’s leading bar industry platform, covering 15 countries and nominated for Best Cocktail and Spirits Publication at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in 2019 and 2020. Also, the Academy Chair for The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars, representing Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; on the Education Committee for Tales of the Cocktail; judge for the Singapore World Spirits Competition and ambassador for the San Fransisco World Spirits Competition. Founder of Asia Women In Booze is a platform for women in the alcohol industry and successfully organized Speed Rack Asia 2019 as a competition that originated in the USA to champion female bartenders and sees them go head to head in a speed bartending competition with all proceeds donated to breast cancer charities. Previously the Food & Drink Editor of Time Out Hong Kong and has authored and published two Hong Kong restaurant guide books and authored content for several times Out Dining Guides. Holds a Level 1 qualification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Passionate equality and sustainability advocate and has chaired several panels on sustainability and equality in the bar industry as part of international industry events such as Singapore Cocktail Festival and Hong Kong’s Future of Food Summit and spoken on several renowned Podcasts. Can often be found moonlighting at some of Asia’s best bars as a guest bartender, shaking up unique cocktails. Appeared as a speaker on several panels discussing subjects such as equality in the bar industry, the future of food trends, and how to minimize waste in the and industry. Has judged several cocktail competitions including Bacardi Legacy and participated in the Seoul 48 Hour Film Project twice as producer and scriptwriter, winning awards for Second Place and Best Use of Character.
