He is also the Chairman and Founder of Reocomm Foundation which empowers women in Africa in the areas of Health, Education, and Technology. Reocomm Foundation believes that the most significant way to attain the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals is to empower women.

In February of 2020, Dr. Raphael expanded Reocomm Foundation to America to make a sustainable impact on the lives of women and children in New York City by establishing youth entrepreneur mentorship programs, volunteering for COVID Relief events in Brooklyn and the Bronx, sponsoring youth media leadership training programs, and advocating for civic engagement in the 42nd district in Brooklyn.

Over the years, Dr. Raphael has earned several degrees and certifications including a Bachelor of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication, and an Executive Master’s in Project Management.

In 2020, Dr. Raphael was honored with an Honorary Degree in Advocacy for his outstanding efforts to empower women and youth around the world. Ambitious and results-driven, Dr. Raphael’s list of achievements includes, but not limited to;
