Catherine Sananes Katz, PhD earned her BA in psychology from UC Berkeley, her PhD in neuroscience from Princeton University, and completed post-doctoral training at Yale University. Born in North Africa and raised in Southern France, she is expert in cuisines of the Mediterranean region, and global cuisines, with unique ability to maximize “nutritious” plus “delicious”.
