Cory Wallia

Cory Walia was born in a small village of Himachal Pradesh in the 1960s. He did not get much achievement at his school time. He opted to handle his family’s business instead of doing graduation after schooling.

At the age of 29, he decided to pursue his career in makeup. So, he left his family business. He is one of the oldest and most respected makeup artists in the industry. He is working when Aishwarya Rai started her modeling career. He has been working his magic with makeup for over 25 years.

He has become that artist who needs no introduction. Part of Lakme’s bridal dream team, Cory is known for giving brides, dream makeovers on their special day. His experience reflects in his work.

He says the profession of being a makeup artist gives him immense joy and says that makeup is a tool to empower women and believes that beauty and gorgeousness can only come from within and the purpose of makeup is merely to enhance the pre-existing beauty. He has started makeup classes in Mumbai.
