Young and charismatic restaurateur, who started his Mumbai-based restaurant ‘Plural’ inspired by his travels across USA & SouthEast Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and simultaneously was active in the organisation and participation of the University’s Social Clubs. During his education, he also pursued internships at various firms under the chemical engineering and IT departments, before he finally found his passion for Hospitality. Vedant also takes key interest in sports such as soccer and table tennis. He has been volunteering since the past 8 years with ‘Project Svayam’ as part of a team actively involved in the rural development of an Indian village in Gujarat, India.
