A multi-faceted professional since 13 years having risen to the ranks under the mentorship of Founder Jimmy Mistry. She attributes her success to being able to constantly reinvent herself and find new challenges that are fulfilling. It is her belief that results come from doing the basics right every time, day after day and month on month. She has the ability to remain patient while being result oriented and navigate through challenges and maintaining a positive outlook.

Della Group has grown exponentially and pivoted into 6 new business verticals . Sinaiya has played a management role in the conceptualisation, Ideation & strategic implementation of each of these businesses. Today she spearheads the Luxury Interior Products Supply company, Della by Jimmy Mistry, and the Real estate arm Della Villas.

Sinaiya also heads the finance department of Della Group. She has been the key architect of Della Groups Strategy and transformation in the last decade.
