With recent experience as a Community Associate at Silicon Roundabout, the largest Tech community in Europe, Aishwarya played a pivotal role in empowering entrepreneurs by fostering connections and orchestrating monthly pitching events.

Aashi Group of Companies, a second-generation family business established in 1998, has flourished under Aishwarya’s leadership. The company’s diversification into jewelry retail, real estate, fashion, and art curation stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to innovation and growth.

Embarking on her journey with the family business at the age of 23, Aishwarya focuses on catalyzing exponential growth. Currently at the helm of the Jewellery and fashion retail departments, she envisions expanding the company’s presence with the opening of 20 stores across Telangana by 2026. A true visionary, she also leads a distinctive art gallery and restaurant project, aspiring for recognition in the competitive hospitality sector.

Beyond her corporate endeavours, Aishwarya was an ardent reader and writer, having served as a contributing editor at the Strand Magazine in London.
