The Della Leaders Club hosted an inspiring evening at the DLC HQ, Mumbai, where thought leadership met emotional intelligence. The session began with an insightful workshop, “From Burnout to Balance: Emotional Resilience for Founders and Decision Makers,” conducted by Smita Tharoor, DLC Member – London Chapter, who guided leaders through themes of self-awareness, resilience, and mindset transformation. The evening culminated with the Season 2 unveiling of the DLC Podcast – “Taking Charge with Salil Chaturvedi 2.0”, featuring host Salil Chaturvedi & guest Smita Tharoor. Blending learning, storytelling, and meaningful networking over high tea, the event was a celebration of leadership, authenticity, and human connection — a true reflection of DLC’s mission to inspire and empower global leaders
