Elin, Abigail, and Deborah are engaged in an interesting Panel Discussion by Pearl Mistry while they share their experiences about how they started their entrepreneurial journeys and the many challenges they faced to launch their business from scratch. Amongst several topics and anecdotes, all three felt an almost compulsive need to not let go of their identities which needed to be nurtured over a course of time. They also advocated using individual behavior as an integral tool to evaluate organizational culture in order to inculcate the right principals and values.
