In general, our workshop designs are customized for our client and build off the organization’s values, principles, and leadership frameworks. Additionally, most of our designs include 360° feedback and individual coaching of participants. Our training spans all levels from the individual leader to the team and the larger organization. Workshops vary in length: the typical range is ½ day to 3 days.
