The Chocolate Spoon Company (TCSC), spearheaded by Rachel Goenka, is a restaurant holding company established in 2012 with the aim of introducing restaurants that offer enjoyable, diverse and innovative dining experiences. TCSC currently has 5 restaurants, 10 patisseries and 2 central kitchens across Mumbai & Pune and over 350 employees. An additional 4 restaurants and 2 cafes are in the pipeline for 2019. The Company currently operates 5 brands including • The Sassy Spoon, the multi-award winning flagship brand with outlets in Mumbai & Pune • House of Mandarin, an authentic Chinese premium casual restaurant in Mumbai • Baraza Bars & Bites, a unique Portuguese themed shack-inspired bar in Pune • Wicked China, a quirky, vibrant Asian inspired tapas lounge & diner in Pune • Sassy Teaspoon, a chain of quaint patisseries & bakeries with 9 locations across Mumbai & Pune Food from the diverse menu of TCSC stands for innovation and creativity that is balanced by using local produce and ingredients that are married together to turn individual elements that are simple into something sublime when combined.
