As a career coach via her initiative of Dhairya Decodes, Dhairya Gangwani has been able to impact over 5K+ Working professionals & students. Dhairya Gangwani also has her own talk show called The Career Development Series where she aim's to bring awareness amongst the youth around unconventional career paths. The talk show has completed 160+ episodes so far.
