Alison is a high energy, progressive certified, facilitator and retreat organizer providing a forum experience that differs from most. She has been involved with YPO forums since 1991 and became a YPO Certified Facilitator in 2010. She is known for creating sustainable high value retreats and is often called in for Forums in crisis, interpersonal and business retreats.

A former CEO of a global fashion accessories brand, Robert works with high-achieving leaders, including many with ADHD, helping them overcome the barriers blocking them from finding even greater success and happiness. His professional training includes mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Internal family systems. He integrates all of these areas into his facilitation and coaching practice. Robert is a past president of Toronto’s EO Chapter. He graduated from the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program (EMP) at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is one of the most sought after facilitators providing a variety of customized, results-focused full-day and multi-day workshops and retreats on areas of inner growth such as discovering you blind spots and creating a new relationship with your inner Critic.
