Who is eligible to conduct a DLC Masterclass?

Eligibility will be decided by DLC (POC, Consultant, Committee Chair & the DLC Founder)

Who is an HCM? What are their responsibilities?

A person who is invited as a domain / subject matter expert (SME) within any of the 26 Committees. Can be an entrepreneur / professional / young leader.

How is an HCM chosen to be part of a Global Committee Meeting?

Every HCM has to attend 3 Global Annual Meetings (Virtual) of their respective committees.

How is happiness different from other committees?

Happiness committee is unique in its own way, it is formed to help our members with work-life balance by sharing the content that emphasises the importance of Emotional Intelligence and Health awareness resulting in improved productivity and happier life.
